1 cup fine cornmeal
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp vanilla Instant pudding mix
4 eggs, well beaten
¾ cup oil
2 cups milk
1/2-3/4 cup of corn
-Mix together dry ingredients, and then mix in eggs, oil, and milk. Mix just until combined. Mix in corn.
-Put in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
