Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Cranberry Steel Cut Oats

1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
6 cups almond milk
1 1/2 cups chopped apple
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup brown sugar

-Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Give it a little stir, then put the lid on, cook for 4-5 hours on LOW heat, give her another stir, and you're DONE!
