Mom's Italian Meatballs

1 pound ground beef, ground turkey, or ground venison
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into golf ball size balls and put on a broiler pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
