1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup cashews
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 red apple, chopped
1 pear, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp onion
2/3 cup canola oil
1 TSP poppy seeds
Process dressing in a blender. Add oil slowly until thick. Add poppy seeds and process a few seconds. Toss with salad.
