Italian Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 marinara sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into golf ball size balls and put on a broiler pan or baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
